About NavraCare+
NavraCare+ is a medication management app built for patients and their Care Partners. Most med apps treat the patient as the only user. NavraCare+ pairs a patient with a Care Partner (adult child, spouse, friend) via QR code, so both sides see what's happening — without nagging texts or 3am phone calls. What's in the app: • Pill bottle scanning — point your camera at a bottle to extract drug name, dose, and Rx number. Cross-checks the FDA label database. • Drug interaction warnings — powered by OpenFDA. Flags conflicts before you confirm a new med. • Adherence tracking — weekly bar charts, day-by-day breakdowns, per-dose timestamps. • Smart reminders — patient gets one notification at dose time, then one follow-up at +1h if missed. Care Partner gets alerted only when a dose officially flips to missed. No spam. • AI medication descriptions — plain-language explanations of what each med does, plus side effects. • Real security — Supabase Auth, bcrypt, Row-Level Security on every table. Currently in beta on TestFlight build 13. Free during beta. What I'd love feedback on: 1. The patient ↔ Care Partner pairing flow — is the QR pairing obvious? 2. The scan flow — does it correctly read your bottles? 3. Anything that crashes, hangs, or behaves weird. Built solo by a 19-year-old finance major who started learning React Native a month ago because his dad asked for a med tracker.
