About Forma
FORMA is an appearance analysis and self-improvement app for men. You start with a guided face scan that creates a baseline across visible skin, facial structure, hair, grooming and other appearance signals. Instead of stopping at a score, FORMA helps you understand what matters most and what you should focus on first. Your results are turned into a personalized plan with daily actions, recommendations, progress tracking and weekly rescans. You can also use Lumen, FORMA’s in-app assistant, to ask questions about your report, priorities or plan. This is an early beta, so we’re looking for testers who are willing to use the app naturally and give honest feedback on: • Scan and report accuracy • Whether the priorities feel useful and personalized • Which features are most valuable • Anything confusing or unnecessary • Navigation and overall simplicity • Bugs, crashes or broken flows • What would make you keep using FORMA Critical feedback is encouraged. The goal of this beta is to figure out what we should simplify, improve or remove before the public launch.
