About AlongTheWayz
AlongTheWay is an iOS turn-by-turn navigation app you can drive mostly by voice. Its main feature is finding stops along your route. You can say something like "I'll need gas in about 30 minutes" or "in 10 miles", and it picks the station that is closest to that point on the route and within your detour limit. Other features: - Map and search: a full-screen map with an Apple Maps-style sheet for search, recent places, trip planning and one-tap stop categories. - Driver reports: you say "Report" to flag something on the road. Reports are shared through CloudKit, and other drivers are asked whether it's "Still there" or "Gone". - Voice: Apple's on-device language model understands what you say, and a neural (Kokoro) voice speaks the directions. - Beyond the app: Live Activities on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, CarPlay, a Home Screen widget, and Siri shortcuts like "Take me to <place> with AlongTheWayz".
