Feeldots is a simple, free mood tracker built around gentle awareness. Feelings are not labeled good or bad. They are simply pleasant or unpleasant. Each day, check in with two questions: how did you feel, and how strongly? Add optional context like what you were doing, who you were with, and where you were. Over time, see how your feelings shift over time. Because Feeldots uses just two colors, patterns are easy to spot.
